Formerly known as the Treasure Island Homeless Development Initiative, One Treasure Island focuses especially on lower-income households and those who have experienced homelessness.

Youth Needs Assessment
Facente Consulting was hired by the Treasure Island Homeless Development Initiative to conduct a needs assessment of youth living on the island, and develop a services plan to assist them in supporting Treasure Island families over a five-year period during the early phase of a $1.6 billion buildout of the island.
Treasure Island Visioning Process
Facente Consulting worked with One Treasure Island, a local nonprofit dedicated to the advancement of Treasure Island, to conduct a process that established a shared aspirational vision statement for the island rooted in inclusion, equity, and belonging and that supports a cultural foundation for the community and its redevelopment.
